Diarmaid is the founder of Parallel Nutrition. The brains and chef behind the operation, he creates the menu every week and cooks the meals to match the requirements of customers regardless of their differing goals. He captures the feel of a home cooked meal in the healthiest way possible by using wholesome, fresh and healthy produce. All ingredients are locally sourced and of the highest quality to ensure that our customers are eating tasty and nutritious meals, in packaging that is also 100% biodegradable.
Diarmaid is also head of nutrition advisory and is currently working with several Crossfit gyms in the Dublin region providing advise to their respective members at an individual and group level on how to reach their nutrition goals. Passionate about helping as many people as possible, he has designed an incredibly successful program that can be tailored to everyone’s individual needs regardless of background, experience, career or activity level.
